In Windows, to unzip the entire folder, right-click and select Extract All, or double click the zip file to open it and choose Extract All from the top menu.On Mac OSX simply double click the zip file and the contents will automatically be extracted.If you are still having issues, you can download 7-Zip a free Extract tool for windows and mac.
If you need a different file format other then SVG, PNG or EPS, simply Contact Us and we will create send the file formats you require.
If you would like a custom version of the file to fit your specific needs for your project. Contact Us with your requirements needed and we will get back to you with costs and a time frame.
Ordering / Checkout
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. We partner with Stripe Payments to keep the checkout process secure and safe.
If you have a coupon code, on the cart page in the box that says "Coupon Code" paste the code in this box and select Apply coupon. On the checkout page, at the very top click Have a coupon code? Click here to enter your code. When the form opens, paste your code and click Apply coupon.
If your coupon code did not work, check if the coupon or promotion has ended depending on where you found the code. Also, some coupons have restrictions such as "Spend $25.00 or more" or "Buy 3 and Save % Off".
There is many reasons why a credit card may not have been processed. Somethings you can check. Update your payment information, Authorise the transaction with your credit card provider or Use a different payment method. If you are still having challenges, please contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Lost your password? found below the login window.Enter your email address or username to reset your password. An email will be sent with instructions on how to create a new password.
